Volpe, Professor and Chair of the Department of Nutrition Sciences of the Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions, for a discussion on how you can enjoy incorporating good nutrition into your life. Empower yourself to live a healthier lifestyle and learn ways to feel better as you age.

Stella L. Volpe, PhD, RDN, ACSM-CEP, FACSM is Professor and Chair of the Department of Nutrition Sciences of the Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions. She is a nutritionist and exercise physiologist whose work focuses on obesity and diabetes prevention, body composition, bone mineral density and mineral metabolism and exercise.

After registering, you will receive a unique link to use to access this online event. Make sure you have the confirmation email or the link available to you the day of the event.

You will need access to a laptop or desktop with reliable high-speed internet connection and audio/video capability for the duration of the workshop is strongly recommended. Mobile devices such as iPhone are not recommended for this workshop.

Comfortable being on-camera. Participants will be asked to keep cameras on for the workshop so that they can interact.
