How can aging and lifestyle impact your eyes?  What are the best practices to protect your vision as you age?  In this session we will differentiate between age-related changes in sight and early warnings for other conditions. We will also explore how vision impacts your ability to live a quality life independently as you age and best practices to preserve your vision.  Time will be reserved at the end of the session for discussion.
