Instructor: Barbara Jankowski
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. We use a series of postures and breathing exercises to achieve control and integration of body, mind and spirit. Gentle stretches and strengtheners build range of motion safely in a supportive environment. Emphasis on breathing and proper technique increases flexibility and balance and promotes relaxation and well-being.
Instructor: Shiva Das
